Overflowing trash bags and scattered litter on a city sidewalk. Discarded bottles, cans, and plastic containers are visible among the black trash bags and cardboard boxes.

Your city’s got needs.

Traffic cone placed inside an open manhole on a paved sidewalk.
A homeless man sitting on the sidewalk with a cardboard sign that reads 'HAPPY HOLIDAYS TODAY IS MY 26 B-DAY.' He is wrapped in a patterned blanket, wearing a hat and holding a cup. A woman wearing a mask, black hat, gray coat, and carrying a white tote bag is giving him food. Snow covers the ground and a black fence is behind them.

And you’ve got heart.

But finding your way in?

That’s often the hard part.
