  • Through a quick onboarding survey, we’ll learn about your mission, focus areas, engagement opportunities, priorities, and the kinds of support you’re looking for.

  • We connect your mission, needs and opportunities to the people most likely to jump in—through matches and featured placement on our platform.

  • Whether you’re launching new programs, looking for targeted support, or trying to reach new audiences, we adapt our matchmaking to support your evolving goals.

  • Once you’re on the platform, any individuals aligned with your mission can be recommended your organization.

    Later this year, we’ll introduce an optional membership for organizations seeking deeper support—offering curated introductions, event promotion, co-designed experiences, priority visibility, and more.

  • Currently, any NYC-based civic organization can be recommended on the platform.

    For those seeking a more active role—through direct introductions, event promotion, or featured placement—membership will open late this year, involving a brief vetting process to keep the platform trusted, collaborative, and effective.

FOR INDIVIDUALS:

  • Through a short onboarding survey, individuals share their interests, values, location, skills, and how they want to get involved—whether it’s volunteering, joining a board, offering pro bono expertise, or simply showing up.

  • Using a little bit of tech, we use these responses to match people to aligned organizations like yours—based on mission, neighborhood, engagement type, and more.

  • We don’t just suggest—they get interactive dashboards, curated introductions, invitations to immersive experiences, and one-on-one support to make every step easier and more meaningful.
